He was the founder and CEO of Nutritec S.L. , a business specialised in Additives, Ingredients and Technological Coadjutants/Adjuvants for Human Nutrition, innovating in areas such as FML, sulfur-free LSA (H2S), training systems for tasting panels for breweries and yeast counts.
