Weyermann® Malzfabrik

The company was founded on the 4th of October, 1879 in the German city of Bamberg and has been producing and distributing Malts and Special Malts for breweries, distillations beverages and bakery. It owes more than 85 types of malt (13 Weyermann® trademarks) with than 5000 customers around the world.

Xavier Galobart started as a Weyermann® representative in 2003, distributing malts through his company Nutritec, SL in Spain and Portugal.

After three years of relationship and expansion of both companies, in 2010, Xavier Galobart integrates Nutritec, SL to the company Ricardo Molina SAU and he joins the Weyermann team as Key Account Manager Food Ingredients.
